Julie Staley is the owner of Old South Homes and a licensed Realtor® in NC, SC and GA.
She graduated with a science degree from the University of Georgia and enjoyed a lengthy career in pharmaceutical sales and training with Johnson & Johnson. She ventured into the world of entrepreneurship in 2007 founding Old South Studios, a professional photography studio. She grew that business to a team of 8 wedding photographers and enjoyed shooting hundreds of weddings across the US and abroad.
Mid 2020, she decided to professionally pivot and became a NC real estate agent. By the end of her first year with Keller Williams, she was in the running for Rookie of the Year and had earned the distinctions of Mega Agent & Luxury Agent.
She continues to increase her productivity each year and enjoys helping others buy, sell and invest in the south Charlotte area. She has been happily married for 26 years and they have 2 grown daughters currently attending UGA. When she isn’t selling real estate, you can find Julie at Burn Boot Camp, book club or enjoying a long walk with her pup, Jax.
